Refund policy

Return Policy — WagWell. Not happy? You've got 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@wagwell.online first — we'll walk you through it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. For hygiene reasons, opened paw balm and cologne can't be returned (if it arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right — just send a photo). Return shipping is on the customer unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.
